Run-time Error '76' Path not Found

When I Run current release apup.exe on fresh installation of Windows Server 2003 SP2 - MessageBox with caption 'Updater' and text 'Ruņ-Time Error '76':Path Not Found' appear. And program close and not working. Attempt to run apup.exe /log was not sucessfull - same error appear and no any log create.
How to fix this problem?
