The APM file for KB951376 seems to check for KB951327

According to Windows Update I have KB951376 installed; according to APUPDATE I don't .

Actually, I seem to still be seeing that this patch is not installed.

In C:\Windows\System32\catroot\{F750E6C3-38EE-11D1-85E5-00C04FC295EE} I see
