Eric Howes @ CounterSpy has confirm this as a false positive and their next definitions release will be updated to reflect this as at 18/07/2008.

Trend Micro is now doing this with pattern file 421 Office scan 8.0. I have sent an email with log files and the like to them so they might be able to resolve this as well.

It seems that some AV vendors are slower than others!
Two weeks after I received an ALL CLEAR and an apology from F-Secure, others are still not up-to-speed.
I second Erik's comment: thanks for submitting those false-positive reports to the AV vendors
