Can you post autopatcher executables plus all third party applications, tweaks etc (after removing hot fixes etc which MS had objected to). This will serve as a starting point for autopatcher update.

Microsoft had told the autopatcher team to stop creating new releases because they have their own windows update. They didn't object to remove individual hotfixes. You can just simply download the Autopatcher August Core release and install the later updates.

What we are working on is to let the user to use last Full version as the base for the Update tool, or just start from the zero.

I have already downloaded August core before it was taken off. I can always start from the August release. Autopatcher releases contained a lot of items that do not belong to MS. Examples - Flash player, Sun Java, Registry tweaks etc. Any new user can benefit from these useful extras that do not belong to MS instead of starting from zero (if they are made available for download from this site). MS cannot object to posting of any code that do not legally belong to them.

I think that the AutoPatcher Team will start looking at adding the Third Party programs (such as Java, Shockwave, etc...) when they make a "public" release (or possibly in an official BETA version).

Remember, the current release isn't even a BETA yet. It was released to show us their progress really.

The most important right now is the "core" of the AutoPatcher: Microsoft's hotfixes. All the rest will (may) be added latter, but before the final release.

I agree that the "core" is the most important thing right now & any third party software is just icing on the cake! If you have the august release...then that will be a good starting point since it includes tweaks & third party software & addons.

From my perspective, the most problematic thing will be the inclusion of some Add-Ons. About the rest, you don't need to worry about. But i'll keep you guys informed.
