Hi,
I am new to the software and would like to know if there is a way to set up apup to download only updates I do not have. It seems to be downloading all updates after SP3 and I only want updates after June 23rd. Is there a way to configure this?
Thanks!

It does that automatically: checks which updates are already in the Modules folder/subfolders, and only downloads new ones.

You have to keep the folder structure as apup creates it.

The short answer is NO.

JRosenfeld is right in what he says once you have already run apup.exe.

However, you cannot configure the software to only download updates after a certain date. The first time apup.exe is run, it will download all updates after SP3 (as you have already found out). This is by design, so that AutoPatcher can then be run on any computer.

Also, as JRosenfeld says, do not delete any updates or folders yourself. apup.exe does this automatically if it is needed.
