Hi ant_gamal
What other language are you using?
Autopatcher does not work with some languages which use different characters, like Arabic and Chinese.

If Windows is English then you can use AutoPatcher.
But first you must setup Windows to use English again.
Go to Start > Control Panel > Regional and Language Options
A new window will open. At the top, select the right-hand tab which says Advanced.
The window changes and you will see Language for non-Unicode programs.
Choose a new language by clicking the down-arrow (looks like "V") on the right-hand side.
"English (United States) is best.
You must let your computer restart when you change this.
After you have used AutoPatcher, you can use Arabic again.
