sorry. we can't add an new version for java, because SUN doesn't wish make easy the life of those that require java and they have locked direct links. since the current version of apup is unable to deal with ticket-based links (like the kind of link that SUN has), we are stucked with v18 or, we can just made the module and the user download the file by hand

shockwave is in the extras package and already that that version. from the log: # 2010-05-11 - ~Shockwave Player 11.5.7.609

about the flash players, we don't add any beta. when they reach final, then they will be added

KB982381
KB979559
KB980218

KB982632

.net script:
KB982168
KB979909
KB979906

besides silverlight and directx

i didn't checked for replacements yet

issue: the integrated PATA/SATA of my last working computer is dead. no problem, i have an controller that does the same job, despite loose PATA and 1 dvd and 1 hd due that. testing the hd from that machine yesterday, it's also dead and will be shipped to RMA tomorrow. as this computer is really falling apart, i've buyed a new one, but will arrive only in 7 days and before be an working machine, i have the whole system to deploy, including the OS. i can do the updates from my girlfriend pc, but please, this month i may require more time than usual to fix the updates due those issues

so, really sorry, but right now, i'm doing more than i can do to keep my systems up and running :(

click-click, thanks again. the about 200MB of updates to xp for this month are already downloaded. but don't be scared. from those, about 95MB are related to directx, 6 are related to silverlight, about 32MB are related to xp enu only, about 34MB are shared in the .net package and about 10mb are related to the malicious software removal tool

Just ran the updater for this months hotfixes, XP enu,Direct X, and Dot Net.
Keep getting and error whilst it is sorting out - Bad file name or number
inpriUpdater.mdlGeneral.create path at line 114

Once the hotfixes are downloaded get the verification error and run the autopatcher get the unofficial/unsupported error.
Just to let you know and to see if anyone else has the same problem

here is the log (forgot to save the first pass - this is the second pass)

the script was calling the wrong rti file for the xp enu script. due that, the script becomes unofficial. fixed

the file size for md5_checksum_for_DirectX_Addon_Pack.7z was wrong. this isn't related to unofficial issues and is just an extra check that the user can do. anyway, this was an mistake. fixed

the .net script wasn't uploaded in binary mode... this isn't really a issue, but was fixed. also the same thing could happen with the rti file, the script will download the rti file for this one uncompressed, that shall fix the issue

thanks

With NET framework addon pack (11June) checked, I get the attached error message box.

This also causes Autopatcher to be unofficial, even though all the sets are true in the about/release info window.

I also noticed that donet.rti has not been updated (date modified says 13 May 2010)

Hi Cristiano

I updated Autopatcher yesterday and after installing all updates included, Windows Update still complains about this update
http://www.microsoft...&displaylang=en

Thank you for updating Windows XP!

crap... i've found the reason for that:
WindowsMediaPlayer=9
this one applies to 9, 10 and 11. i will fix that by tomorrow

in meantime, the fixed file is attached. just unzip it under autopatcher:\modules\Critical\__WMP_critical. of course, the release will become unofficial at once...

Hey, you don't need to apologize. Eu é que agradeço ;)

Windows Update still shows an update needed for the Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool - June 2010

Is this included in Autopatcher for XP or is it a separate module?

yes, it is included. this one is shared between releases (but please notice that not all scripts was updated yet). so, for this one, was just an copy and paste. the current version is windows-kb890830-v3.8.exe. this may be an flaw of WU (that another day said me that 38 updates that was already applied was being still required, just to a few minutes later the updates say that was already applied) or this one wasn't selected to be installed, i'm not sure. but as right now i can't test the deployment due lack of an testing machine (i've made one from saved parts, but looks unstable yet. last night, even the power supply has burned due some reason and i didn't figured why yet). but my new machine shall arrive in a few days, then i can test that. but please, be sure that autopatcher is not showing kb890830 as already installed

I made a mistake about KB975562 replacing KB975560 (in Critical)
Only the quartz.dll was replaced, but not the msyuv.dll for KB975560

Sorry about that.
