This was posted 26 August - I'm pretty sure it should be included in AutoPatcher.

I just got my hands on APUP's source code which I've been having too much fun with the latest release that I'll be releasing soon. Opps! Did I say that out loud? <wink>

Ahhhh, there are definite advantages to being single and retired and living in Southern California.

Also, since AutoPatcher's position is to not post beta, why is Internet Explorer 7 listed as an upgrade? Why not Internet Explorer 8 beta 2 also?

> why is Internet Explorer 7 listed as an upgrade?
well, ms doesn't tag ie7 from beta since long time ago. i know, i know, this one looks like beta, but...

> Why not Internet Explorer 8 beta 2
because ms is still tagging this one also beta. when this one becomes final and that tag is removed, then ie7 will be gone for good and ie8 will be listed also upgrade as well
