While autopatcher don't support Russian language?

so far i know, there's no one working into that translation. but we are always opened to new ones :)

The Russian interface - is secondary. That is why not to make possibility to download upgrade for the Russian version?

the interface is the easy part. that is just an .txt file. the issue comes with the updates. once, by mistake, someone from my job has installed an IE from Portugal in here (Brazil). almost all things still was working after that, but at menu "File", where you should read "Arquivo" was written "Ficheiro". Other issues language-related also happened, so, i grant you that if you install any update in a language that isn't running into your system, you may very well damage the entire system. but you may have an windows in English and be running in any other locale, that makes autopatcher in the proper language fits for your system. you can check this by downloading and running apup with /log. in that file, it will say your windows language, even if an foreign interface is running.

also, if you have windows vista, you don't need care about the locale: all updates for windows vista works in all languages
