When trying to use autopatcher after having downloaded almost 700mb of updates it appeared to of loaded all the modules the popped up an error.
What AutoPatcher was trying to do
It appears that the error occured while AutoPatcher was trying to get a file's MD5 hash.
Where: mdlReleaseIntegrity.getMD5HashFromFile()
Error Code: 0x3E: Input past end of file
Attempting to initialize common controls.
Accessing filesystem...
AutoPatcher 5.6 loaded the filesystem.

Thas all i have from the crash log, im assuming its a corrupt file but this list provides no help to me as to what it is.

AutoPatcher will give you additional information if you run it with the "/log /verbose" options set. The log file (autopatcher.log) is in the WINDOWS folder.
At present, the only way to correct this error is to run APUP again.
1) Make sure all folders and files are in the same location as when you last ran APUP.
2) Run APUP again. Select the same releases to download as when you last ran APUP.
APUP will check every downloaded file and re-download only the files that are corrupt.
