Hello:
After installing the Windows 2000 Auto Patch, I lose all sounds when I log off or log on the system.
Going into Control Panel->Sounds and Multimedia and clicking any of the Sound Events, everyone seems to work as usual.
However, this feature is totally lost when starting and shutting down the computer.
Your Uninstaller would be a last resort in this situation.
I would like to know the cause/nature of this malfunction as it exists.
This problem is not evident on Windows 98 Second Edition.
Thanks for any help or work-around in solving this glitch.
Regards,
PERDUE
