Thank you for posting.
Your log-file shows that you updated all your files successfully apart from one item:
Windows Mail Junk E-mail Filter
APUP cannot find this file, because Microsoft have just removed it.
Microsoft have not yet updated their website to show why this file has been removed. Also their website is not yet updated to point to a new file.
You can safely use AutoPatcher, but (obviously) you cannot install the missing Windows Mail Junk E-mail Filter
