FYI...here are the changes needed to update the javajre_x86.apm file.

[General]
Title=Java Runtime Environment (JRE) Version 6 Update 27 (x86)

[DetectionRegistry]
RegistryPath=HKCR\Installer\Products\4EA42A62D9304AC4784BF238120672FF
KeyValue=Java™ 6 Update 27

[Installation]
"Module:\jre-6u27-windows-i586.exe" /s IEXPLORER=1 MOZILLA=1 REBOOT=ReallySuppress

Now that the direct links for Java are back, can someone make the necessary changes to the java scripts so that AP will show the official status again?

I'm checking detection rules on my laptop... I've found:

Nothing... the link cannot work becouse it uses a session id... If anyone want to try, I've attached the .script file.

current apup2 code is capable of handling dynamic links so no problems like this crap once apup2 rolls out.

I downloaded a new JRE and replaced the old one in AutoPatcher, How do I make to show up in the install window?

I created an APM for the current JRE 6.30 will attach it here.

instuctions:
1) navigate to modules\AddOns.
2) Place the APM in this dir
3) create a directory called "java_files" and place the JRE in there.

Detection, install, and removal should all work.

its not out for public though is it? I thought only the JDK is out not the JRE.

Anyways... I would update the release.list to include the java download except im not at my computer nor will I be for the next week maby more. I didn't bring the ftp password with me.
