@WAC would it be possible to have on the main list the choice of installing the latest Java 6 (u39) or Java 7 (u13)? TIA

um... 7.13 is on main list. You can't see them if you don't have apup 1.4.5 or above though since it requires them in order to properly be redirected to the java downloads.

There is no need to have Java 6 as this product has reached the end of it's service life..
You could create your own apm for this and add it to your apup/ap...this of course will make it Unofficial but you will still be able to install.

The official releases of the updates utilize the odd numbers and as a very rough guess the even numbers are used internally at Oracle
