Download the zip software and extract it. after extract run the exe file but it cannot show anything/any update in his dialog box. it is not working on Windows XP Pro SP2. so plaese help me out this to how it works on Windows XP SP2 and what is the issue this time. thanks

FYI... (XP SP2 release has been withdrawn already). You need XP SP3.
